| 연구목적 | □ The implementation of economic land concessions has not been well done. According to the legal regulations, the registration of state private land before making economic land concession contracts is needed. Moreover, prior to economic land concessions, the study of the impact of concessions is necessary. But, in fact still many economic land concession contracts do not fall under the rule. More seriously, the companies do not follow the plan stipulated in the contracts. The competent authorities seem to do nothing with the failure of economic land concession contract implementation. The continuation of such act will give bad image to investment thereby deterring good potential companies in the world from coming to Cambodia. □ The purpose of the research is therefore to find out possible resolution tools to make economic land concessions successful. When potential investors turn their investment to Cambodia, labor forces and technical knowledge will serve Cambodian people. In addition, the government can gain more money through the foreign investment. |
