| 연구목적 | □ The dynamics of ICT laws were substantially changed after the inclusion of intellectyual property rights in WTO. From mere Copyright (and Related Rights) and Industrial Property, WTO-TRIPS classified intellectual property rights laws in many other forms, which caused changes of regulations on overall ICT laws. □ The purpose of the research will be to examine the importance of ICT laws IPR for Economic growth and how far it can be balanced with public interest. |
