국제 영문 저널(KJLL, Vol.3 No.1, 2013) 원고 모집


한국법제연구원에서 발간하는 국제 영문 저널인 KLRI Journal of Law and Legislation(KJLL) Vol.3 No.1, 2013의 연구 논문을 아래와 같이 모집 합니다.

1. 모집내용


KJLL의 성격(한국 및 아시아법 연구/ 한,아시아법과의 비교법적 연구 / 아시아 법률 문제와 관련한 글로벌 이슈에 대한 연구 논문 등)에 부합하는 영문 article로 다른 곳에 게재되지 않은 순수 학술논문


2. 제출 기한


1) Submission Form : 2012년 10월 31일까지


2) 연구 논문 제출 : 2012년 12월 31일까지


3) 발간일 : 2013년 3월 20일

CALL FOR PAPERS


KLRI Journal of Law and Legislation (Volume 3 Number 1, 2013) is currently accepting submissions from legal scholars, researchers, practitioners, and governmental staffs.


The Journal is published annually by the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) with the aims of:


(1) providing a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas in the field of legislation to the researchers, scholars and practitioners;
(2) promoting research on and enhance the understanding of legislative systems across the world, especially those of Korea and Asia; and
(3) supporting research, scholarship, and legislative practices by comparatively analyzing the latest issues in law and legislation of Korea and of the world.


We welcome articles, book reviews, notes on any topic on law and legislation of Korea/Asia or of other parts of the world relevant to or in comparison with Korea/Asia.


Authors who wish to contribute an article to Volume 3 Number 1 must submit the attached Submission Form by October 31, 2012, and the first draft of the article by December 31, 2012. After editorial screening and blind peer-review, selected articles will be published in Volume 3 Number 1 in March, 2013. All submissions must be made to the Managing Editor.


Authors whose papers are selected for publication will be paid a fixed fee as an honorarium in accordance with the Journal’s internal regulation.
