한국법제연구원에서 발간하는 국제 영문 저널인 KLRI Journal of Law and Legislation(KJLL) Volume 2, 2012의 연구 논문을 아래와 같이 모집하고자 합니다.

1. 모집내용 : KJLL의 성격(세계 각국의 Law와 Legislation에 대한 분석 및 비교법적 연구 논문)에 부합하는 영문 article로 다른 곳에 게재되지 않은 순수 학술논문

CALL FOR PAPERS

KLRI Journal of Law and Legislation (Volume 2, 2012) is currently accepting submissions from legal scholars, researchers, practitioners, and governmental staffs.

The Journal is published annually by the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) with the aims of:

(1) providing a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas in the field of legislation to the researchers and scholars of the world,
(2) promoting research on and enhance the understanding of legislative systems across the world, and
(3) supporting research, scholarship, and legislative practices by comparatively analyzing the latest issues in law and legislation.

We welcome articles, book reviews, notes on any topic freely chosen in the field of law and legislation.

Authors who wish to contribute an article to the second volume of the Journal must submit the attached Submission Form by March 31, 2012, and the first draft of the article by May 31, 2012. After editorial screening and blind peer-review, selected articles will be published in the second volume of the Journal in September, 2012, tentatively. All submissions must be made to the Managing Editor.

Authors whose papers are selected for publication will be paid a fixed fee as an honorarium in accordance with the Journal’s internal regulation.
