▶ Need for Establishment of Legislative Impact Analysis Standards
○ Establishment of specific analysis standards is necessary in accordance with the institutionalization of legislative impact analysis and discussions on institutionalization.
- Discussions are underway on institutionalizing ex post legislative impact analysis following the enforcement of the Framework Act on Administrative Law and ex ante legislative impact analysis through amendments to the National Assembly Act. However, specific analytical standards for such analysis have not been presented.
- While ex post legislative impact analysis proposes analysis of the normative appropriateness and effectiveness of laws and regulations, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of laws and regulations, it lacks specific details of the standards.

- This study aims to review and propose specific application plans for the standards and methodologies currently being discussed for legislative impact analysis.
