ㆍ연구원은 법제에 관하여 전문적으로 조사ㆍ연구하고 법령정보를
체계적으로 수집ㆍ관리함으로써 국가의 입법정책수립의 지원 및
법령정보의 신속ㆍ정확한 보급과 아울러 법률문화의 향상에 이바지함.

한국법제연구원은 정부출연연구기관으로서 공적 서비스역할을 충실히 이행하기 위하여 기관의 설립목적에
부합하는 전문화된 연구사업을 추진함으로써 국가의 입법정책수립 및 지원에 기여한다. 한국법제연구원은
연구의 공공성과 객관성을 견지하며, 연구의 자율성과 책임성을 통하여 법치주의의 정착과 법률문화의
향상을 선도하는 수준높은 연구를 수행함으로써 국제적인 수준의 법제전문 연구기관으로 발전한다.
한국법제연구원은 국제적 수준의 경영관리시스템인 ISO절차에 따라 고객지향적인 품질경영목표와 품질
방침을 설정하고 전체 구성원과 자원 및 설비가 유기적으로 기능할수 있는 제도를 확립함으로써 능동적인
경영개선을 지속적으로 도모한다.한국법제연구원의 전체구성원은 능동적이고 적극적인 소명의식과 주인
의식을 가지고 맡은 바 업무를 객관적이고 합리적으로 수행하고, 전체구성원이 상호신뢰하고 존중하면서

The Korea Legislation Research Institute, conducts specialized research projects in line with the
goals of its foundation to fully perform public services assigned to it as government-financed entity,
thereby supporting the State's establishment and implementation of legislation policies.The Korea
Legislation Research Institute, by realizing its independence and public responsibility, conducts
advanced research activities in accordance with the principles of public utility and objectiveness,
which, in turn, contribute to the establishment of "the rule of law" and the improvement of legal culture,
thereby further developing into an internationally recognized legislation research institute.The Korea
Legislation Research Institute continues to actively strive for the improvement of its management system,
through the establishment of customer-oriented objectives and policies for quality management as well
as the settlement of the system leading to the organically functioning of its personnel, resources and
equipments, in accordance with the ISO standards, an internationally recognized management control
system.All members of the Korea Legislation Research Institute perform their own duties in an
appropriate and reasonable manner with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and also
develop the exemplary working climate in which they endeavor to make progress on the basis of mutual
confidence and respect. |
