Kim Sang Jo, Chairperson of Fair Trade Commission gave a Lecture on Legislative Policy Forum on Measures to Overhaul the Fair Trade Act
The Korea Legislation Research Institute (President: Rhee Ik Hyeon) held the 33rd Legislative Policy Forum on the subject of Measures to Overhaul the Fair Trade Act, with Kim Sang Jo, Chairperson of Fair Trade Commission, invited as the speaker, in the Rose Room (5F) of Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas at 7 am, Dec. 13th (Thu).

The Korea Legislation Research Institute (President: Rhee Ik Hyeon) held the 33rd Legislative Policy Forum on the subject of Measures to Overhaul the Fair Trade Act, with Kim Sang Jo, Chairperson of Fair Trade Commission, invited as the speaker, in the Rose Room (5F) of Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas at 7 am, Dec. 13th (Thu).
Chairperson Kim gave a lecture on the measures to overhaul the Fair Trade Act, being promoted 38 years after the Act was enacted, based on demands for new era such as fair economy and innovative growth.
Rhee Ik Hyeon, President of the Korea Legislation Research Institute, said “For our efforts to bear fruit, we need to institutionalize the fair economy through legislation overhaul and, for that, expert research is essential” and continued, “We will be able to draw many inspirations from this Forum.”
Meanwhile, the Korea Legislation Research Institute holds legislative policy forums to discover new legislative assignments and exchange opinions on the legislative results by inviting experts from various fields. A variety of professionals have been invided, including Chung Sye Kyun, former Chairperson of the National Assembly, Kim Oe Sook, Minister of Government Legislation, and Yang Chang Soo, former Supreme Court Justice.
